I know this doesn't really matter and I'm not sure whether or not it was intentional, but there's some odd behavior of the W and O halfway through the Discord server icon's animation that I've gone ahead and fixed.

i fixed the gif properly since inserting frames pushes it over the size limit imposed by discord
for anyone interested in how the current fixed one is generated.
the issue was specific frame delays mismatching (for some reason) and i just cleaned it up in general to not be so messy with the frames

Tbh, I didn't do much of anything special aside from extract all the frames from the gif using ffmpeg. I didn't specify the framerate or total number of frames either, so I guess it just defaulted to 190+ frames.
