My favorite keyboards in the setup at the moment are probably the NMB RT8756CGR and the Dell AT101W.

The black NMB space invaders are clicky, but not intrusively so. They are fairly quiet for a vintage clicky design, and the click is delectably crisp and sharp. They have a nice tactile bump that starts midway through the key travel, too. The only con of these is that they're a bit on the heavy side (as all NMB space invaders are), but it hasn't been too much of a problem for me.

The AT101W is one of my favorites simply because of the linearized-lubed SCKM blacks. They are pretty scratchy and heavy stock, but when you mod them like I have they turn into an extraordinarily smooth and light linear. I would highly recommend trying these if you're looking to get into vintage keyboards, since they're fairly cheap and easy to get a hold of.

My least favorite is easily the Apple Keyboard II with SMK 2nd-gens. They're genuinely awful spring-over-membranes that bind on even a slightly off-center key press, not to mention they're extremely scratchy.

The biggest let-down for me was the TeleVideo DEC-layout board. I had heard everywhere that the linear variant of space invaders switches were among the best vintage linears, but they really aren't that far off from something like Cherry MX Black when stock. They're relatively scratchy and have inconsistent key feel, and some keys even have spring crunch. Being an NMB space invaders switch, they also have a pretty heavy weighting, in my case uncomfortably so, which probably accentuates the scratchiness. I got all my space invaders board new-old-stock though, so maybe I just need to break these in for them to live up to the hype.
