My order states it was shipped on the 19th and it is apparently scheduled to arrive today. When I go to the courier's webpage (in this case UPS), it states they do not yet have the package. Just curious if my order has been shipped out and this is an error on the side of UPS or if they truly haven't received the package yet.

Well would you look at that, same thing just happened to me. Just got notification it's been picked up in Vegas so I think it's safe to assume it's not coming today

Have you tried contacting customer support? From my understanding of the shipping process that can mean that your mail courier hasn't received the package yet, so it may still be in the Wooting facility

i didn't want to be impatient so i tried trusting the process but it's been too long now. i just sent the email, now we wait

I sure did. I'd like to think it was because I "needed" a new keyboard but it was mostly because I was impatient
