I just got my 60he+ yesterday and everything worked fine but today my caps lock key would not work. Turned off and on and waited. Nothing. Swapped the switch. Nothing. Tried every port in my MOBO. Nothing. Restored/Reset the keyboard. Nothing. I would hate to have to send back after just getting it. Any other troubleshooting steps? Pls help.

Try to restart keyboard in wooting software
It's just a suggestion from me since I ordered wooting today so I'm not sure if it might help but worth a try :)

Have you pressed some bottons on it that could lock it
Honestly it could be a faulty keyboard
