#Package lost, no response via email

I placed order US110946A on 7/26 which was promptly shipped via FedEx, who unfortunately lost the package. After opening a case with FedEx, I was told they were unable to find the package and to contact the sender. It has been almost 2 weeks since my initial email to social@wooting.io with no response. I would rather just have another dispatched but am running out of time to resolve this issue with my bank since I am not receiving any response. Any assistance is appreciated
