its just demo data
no one except valve knows what else it will be used for
the tweets are completely meaningless
Thank you for your fast reply! I thought they will start "detecting" it
i mean they have to detect it to log the data
but no one knows what else they do except stuff it into demos
Ah okay, thanks for letting me know! 🙂
not to mention for all we know they could detect this the same day razer released it and just added it to demo files now
@scarlet bluff Hey! Just wanted to update this thread, CS2 has released an update for the SnapTap feature. It looks like players are getting just getting kicked, not banned.

[ INPUT ] Certain types of movement/shooting input automation such as hardware-assisted counter strafing will now be detected on Valve official servers, resulting in a kick from the match Input binds that include more than one of the following commands will now be ignored by default. Support can be re-enabled using the cheat-protected convar `cl...
Counter-Strike is constantly evolving. From art, to maps, to inventive plays, and even player input, the CS community shapes the game. Scripting and automating player commands has always been contentious, but over the years some forms of scripting (e.g., jump-throws) have gained acceptance, as they enable plays that wouldn't otherwise be possible.
for now just kicks yes
Just got kicked three times from MM server, without using SOCD or Snaptap feature! Also tried without Wootility app opened still kicked me. My playstyle involves spamming A-D-A-D alot to stay moving, dunno if thats the reason.
I have my keyboard on the way, a bit confused on rappy snappy vs SOCD, will rappy snappy be banned too?
is rappy snappy an automated input? I know SOCD is right?
reading the description it doesn't sound like it no?
or maybe yes, idk "activates the key pressed the furthest" sounds automated
im new to all this jazz
both are automated
rip, bought a wooting for this
. Was perfectly fine with my old ducky...however I hope I am pleasantly surprised by the experience regardless of those features and find worth in it. Have only tried cherry reds/silvers before so maybe this will be eye opening.
My opinion is that you will, there are still nice real latency benefits to rapid trigger and adjusting the actuation, not to mention a great community, new features, and good software.
Hey all, since you say rapid trigger is cool for games, is this set up of mine okay?
Dope. Yeah it's not like I don't think it'll be great it's more of that my old keyboard was still decent. I like it had a magnesium case, will have to see how plastic is. Excited to try some new switches and have good software. Ducky macros are so annoying to set
