Sometimes, when I press two buttons simultaneously with my Wooting 2 HE, they do not register simultaneously, and one of the keys delays for a significant amount of time. In particular, it seems like of the keys I've tested (QWE), if I press two of them simultaneously, one of them gets delayed by ~33.33ms. If I press all three of them simultaneously, then one is randomly treated as pressed, then a second is added ~33.33ms later, and then the lastr one is finally added ~33.33ms later. That adds up to ~66.66ms to get all of the buttons pressed at the same time, if trying to press three buttons at the same time.
The last time this happened, updating the keyboard's firmware fixed the problem, so I thought it might have been some weird incompatibility between new wootility and old firmware. But this has returned.
What is the cause, and how can I fix this premanently?
