I have a similar problem, I'm in France, and it says that the wooting module is in stock, I have a trip to Brazil on August 22nd, I want to buy the wooting module, but I'm afraid it's out of stock
Same here. 28 July I purchased a Two HE and a wrist rest. The site said it was in stock. 03 August I receive a refund for the expedited shipping stating that, while it said it was in stock on the website, it was actually on back order. I look at the product page and see that batch NA-Surfboard is expected to arrive 07 August. Today, after getting no updates, I check the website and now it says that the batch is expected 14 August. From the looks of it, the only sort of support we're gonna get for this is "be patient."

I'm more than fine waiting, especially since they must be getting hammered from the recent burst in popularity
You will get another update on the date. It was supposed to arrive at the warehouse at the given time, but forwarder updated a new arrival date a day before

As I understand the shipping process,
- Once items are at warehouse, we get an email to confirm order address for shipment.
- then shipment address confirmation and tracking number is provided.
But the fact that the website isn't reflecting the status properly and the ticket staff are possibly overwhelmed, it would be greatly appreciated if someone could provide us with an update, #📦│batch_updates or something.
- If a site isn't updating properly, but the orders are going to be on time, its not a big deal.
- but if orders actually got removed from the list or have issues, shouldn't we have the right to know about it?

OK, I've taken a look and looks like Mark wasn't able to get to it when I asked yesterday. I'm going to give him a call when he wakes up and get it moving. I would do it myself, but there are some workflows within operations that I am not always aware of, and I am not sure what Mark had in mind for releasing this.
I would assume you'll receive the notification for double confirmation and then it's a go.

You can't seriously be calling them scammers because you're expecting them to give you back more money than you paid them as a refund.. right?

You need to call your CC provider and ask them why you don't receive the full amount on refund.
- We don't omit certain charges on refund.
- You were charged in TRY
- You were refunded for the same amount in TRY
- We took the exchange rate risk
Any difference in that refund amount is your CC provider (bank) charging you. We can't tell you why, they can. E.g. they charged you a transactional fee.
Are you sure your bank didn't charge you an international fee? Mine does this.

Like stated in that screenshot, I had already contacted my bank.
In that phone conversation they assured me they have not charged any fees for that transaction because of my upper segment client status.
(Ask any bank what that means)
@obtuse shale that's the whole reason why I call them for what they are, I paid them more as I got refunded.
What I paid is what I see deducted on my CC, and what I also told them.
Anyhow it's needless to debate this further because the facts stay as they are.
- I as a customer paid xxxx, which I can prove with CC transaction.
- This company refuses to refund what the customer has paid in practice.
Bottom line I will avoid any financial interaction with this company until I'm fully refunded and will share my experience with others till then with proof...
