#Order CXL by support even after sending required items

Hey all... I was trying to get a two HE and wrist pad. Placed an order and it got flagged... then I sent in the requested info to get it processed but messed up and did not write all of the info on paper next to my card... anyway I got a note that order was CXL and realized my mistake on the clarifying info. I put in another order and when I got the request for clarifying info, I put in exactly what it asked for and made sure to have a very clear photo, etc. Order was just CXL again...

I really want to buy this keyboard/wrist pad but it's getting a bit frustrating at this point and it's not like I can really place an order on another site/Amazon. Can anyone help out with this? I've never had my card declined like this ever... I presume it may be that I was on VPN when I ordered? Not sure, but I can send any documentation you need and it's a US address that matches my CC.
