I have to say that I am super disappointed. I am trying to buy a UwU since wednesday but the only payment method that I am able to use (giropay) just isn't working. Tomorrow is the last day of the sale and I am pretty sure it won't be magically fixed by then. I just can't understand why wooting doesn't make it a priority to make sure that people can buy their stuff especially during a sale. My other purchases here were all done with giropay without any problems. So I know it can be done.
#Please make sure people can actually buy your stuff or Why won't you take my money?

Bumping this because i feel your pain. Hope they give you a coupon of sorts if the offer ends for when your method is fixed because its not fair that you have to miss out on a sale because of an issue on their behalf :(
Giropay is quitting, they depreciated the services apparently already by end of June. We now removed it from the Store and added Trustly as an alternative
I'm also adding a few new services where possible from our Payment gateway Mollie.
Thank you. Silently stopping a service is just the thing a german corporation would do. The enshittification continues i guess. Trustly seems to work until it tries to log in to my bank when it fails. But that is between trustly and my bank. Meanwhile I asked someone to use their credit card and I am researching which CC to get 😔
I thought we had Sofort for german citizens @hollow gust
Sofort isn't a thing anymore. You are forced to use Klarna now.
oh boi... i mean not that sofort ever was sofort
Man, I’m so confused with how these developments happen. Also Wero? That European alternative, supposedly it should be available but it’s not
@hollow gust Why don't you just provide a way to pay using İBAN account numbers?
A fixed İBAN number for your business, where people can do bank transfers to with an order number as explanation or something?
The International Bank Account Number (IBAN) is an internationally agreed upon system of identifying bank accounts across national borders to facilitate the communication and processing of cross border transactions with a reduced risk of transcription errors.
