Edit: Wooting has made an official response (see comments). Highly disappointed to see a "has not been decided" response. Wooting should not let "pros", "organization's", and 'people' decide what kinds of features we want.* Wooting: don't treat your customers like idiots. We can decide for ourselves what features we do or do not want. It is your job to deliver those features, or you will cede the market share you have captured.***
It has been eleven days -- as of writing this post -- that Wooting has not made a comment on Razer's new Snap Tap Technology which was released July 10th. I love Wooting and want to remain loyal, but this is super powerful technology for certain FPS players (CS, Overwatch). If Wooting doesn't give us some indication that they plan to address this massive feature gap (as it stands today), I will be left with no other choice than to get the Razer Huntsman v3 (puke) for this Snap Tap tech. Wooting, please give me another option address this ASAP. It does not need to be a formal announcement, just acknowledge to your loyal fans on discord whether or not you plan to address this and how long it might take.
