Perfect actuation point and rappid triggers for arena shooters.

Hello guys im kinda new on the keyboard world so im trying to figure it out whats the best actuation points for games like cod and xdefiant and also if i should use rappid trigger. Some people already told me to use like 0.4mm , others 1.0’m and 1.5mm, and rapid trigger on max. What u all think? Thank u in advance
