for issues like this it is probably best to email social@wooting.io It could also be possible that the 2 items were shipped separately but i would still email just to make sure
On the invoice it lists both items but only the keycaps are here. What I think happened is someone stole it as it has been resealed
you should email in this case
I have tried to they sent the automated response and I responded and they sent nothing else after that
you will get a response and you'll get your keyboard :) just be patient, you might not get a response until after the weekend.
