To start, it's best to determine and check the state of the keyboard, as it may be in Restore mode or driver related.

To find out in Windows you can check Device manager.

How to open Device Manager

  1. Right click on the Start button in the taskbar
  2. Select "Device Manager"
  3. Select "View"
  4. Select "View by container"
  5. Look for the device

Can you check how your device is listed? It may have one of the following names:

  • Wooting (Two He / 60HE / UwU)
  • Wooting Restore
  • Not listed

Also, just to check, is your keyboard stock or has it been modified in any way (case swap, tape mod, etc)?

Hi @elfin heart just received my wooting 60he+ and I was just playing valorant and my keyboard just stopped and it won't connect to my pc and I've tried every possible solution but still won't connect, reset, and restore. And my firm ware is updated to v2.8.1

just receiving this error

Can you try a different cable

And Port further away from current position

Also if possible if you plug into another PC do you have the same issue
