keyboard 0 key

Nmlock is on, but the keyboard number 0 is not pressed In this case, I wonder if it's a keyboard failure or if it's a fixable problem. I can't find any information even if I look it up

Myb pull out the switch, dust it off, and try reseating it. Other wise idk
