I just got my order delivered and comparing to my first 60HE, i am rather dissapointed with the overall quality, in this case of the the Alumaze as it lacks quality.
The case itself came skratched on two points inside the case (small, 2-3mm long skratches).
The screw-in stand-off didnt screw in at all. The normal screws would go into the thread rather easy, but the stand-off was a real pain in the a. I had to use much more force than anticipated or shown by Sander in the youtube video.
It looks like the white coating was to thick around the thread-holes since a lot of coating came off while screwing in a screw or the stand-offs.
I finished the build and i am happy with the overall quality and sound profile but the building was much less fun than i expected it to be. Retrospectiv i would rather build in a Tofu60 or psd60 again as i did last time than in the alumaze.
