After a quick back and forth with support, I can confirm that the video shown here: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=mj66YesiJJk requires an amendement when removing screw #15. I followed the instructions as shown and it lead to the clip on one of my lekkers breaking due to the screw being fully under the corner of the switch. Support confirmed that this is a very rare issue with the 2HE, and not many tickets get made with this issue. If I swapped to non lekker60's and then followed your breakdown guide only to have it break my new switches, I would be demanding compensation.
