TGL mode for FN Layers

I propose add posibility to exit TGL mode automaticaly after exit FN Layer

Example, i've got TGL mode on ctrl to move around text with arrow keys, but suddenly after exiting Fn Layer 1, ctrl stays holded.

Scenario:

1. Enter FN Layer 1
2. Use TGL for ctrl
3. Move with arrow keys
4. Exit FN Layer 1
5. TGL for ctrl also turned off (needs to be implemented)
