I keep running into a problem where my w key isnt working and i have to unplug my keyboard and plug it back in. It's not just the w key but other keys on occasion. I also have the app close out on me and my remap then reverts back to default.

They give you a big pop up saying if you put like some turbo stuff I forgot it won’t recognize your keys

out of the hundreds if not thousands of people who remap multiple keys on our keyboards and use rapid trigger and such.... we have received 0 reports of the keyboard not being recognized or keys not working because of that

Does it look something like this? How do you fix it even? I reset through wootility, changes switches still doesn’t work. Only thing is to unplug and plug then same problem again later. I get heart attacks when I can’t PLANT THE SPIKE 💀

its something we are still investigating (and as im not a firmware dev i cant really comment on what actually causes this) but most people seem to have good results just not using the most extreme RT and actuation settings in the 0.1 to 0.3mm region

that would indicate some sort of general calibration issue

the only reason it would thing youre at 1.2mm or more already (causing it to not actuate) is when the calibration is way off somehow (for example external magnets or magnetic fields from for example charging deskmats or speakers below the keyboard) or using switches that have magnets that are too strong (like raptor HEs but steroids)

But I’m using a portable monitor as you can see in the video which has a magnetic case, but would it really be strong enough to affect the switches that I have to unplug and plug in to reset every so often?

i mean the easiest way to figure that out is not having the keyboard close to the magnets

but yes magnets that are external can influence the sensors

should i refund the keyboard/ replace it? wait for a new update?

if you use the wootility to do something so it works it would seem you just havent configured the onboard profiles correctly
