only difference between the two is spring weight, so is really personal preference

What would you buy? L60 or L45 or L35 (changing spring from l60 to l35)

well currently im using l60s but im going to try the l45s when i get my pack. so i dont know really. ill say that l60s come preinstalled on all assembled boards except the uwu

Personal preference is personal preference. One or the other is not better for gaming, but it might be better for YOU specifically.

And unfortunately there's only one way to truly find out. By comparing in person.

^ people tend to prefer lighter switches for gaming, so the L45s in that vein, but it's obviously all up to individual preference
