Without the full context its impossible for someone to give a clear answer. however for that you need to email wooting. The situtation sucks I acknowledge that.
Already have, just dont appreciate when someone says something didn't happen, or cant happen because wooting doesn't have the "Ability" to do it while im out 200$ on my credit card and have proof it DEFINITIVELY did. This experience has beyond soured my experience with the company.

There's nothing to be sorry about. I asked you to reach out to us via email with the receipts, so we could investigate how this could happen - because it isn't possible normally. We can't magically conjure up a second charge on your card.
You've sent the email, and someone from our team will help investigate what kind of failsafe broke, and help fix it.
So it isint possible normally, but i provided clear proof it happened. So ka-zam you did magic and im out 200$.
Well, 400$ between the original charge and the double charge since it was supposed to be refunded.
To clarify I have not done anything except make sure you've reached out to our support staff on the correct channels, in order to help resolve this for you asap.

You very clearly can, and somehow in the refund process it was messed up.
And again this is not normally possible due to how banks and payment processing works - Which is why we need to get in touch with these and figure out how this fundamental system was circumvented.
I'm glad now it's a fundamental system being circumvented and not literally magic. At least now we can find some common ground on something having gone wrong instead of you saying it's not possible.

I specifically asked you to provide your order number, so I could verify if anything had gone wrong. At not point did I tell you this couldn't possibly happen, and to go kick rocks - That would be gaslighting.
Again - No one's able to assist you on Discord, and no amount of ranting will change that fact. I have checked to make sure your email ticket will be processed asap, and your money returned as it should have been in the first place.
