I’ve been trying to email wooting for the past week and nothing has been resolved, i’ve seen other people with the same issues not being resolved and i just wish there was more confirmation when the item leave the warehouse or actual good couriers in the US at least. Jitsu i have never heard was assigned to me and i just think the whole shipping aspect of getting one of these is so bad.

I understand that you are confused or concerned, but your parcel is on the way to you and there's no reason to be worried.
The logistics process that takes a package from the fulfilment center to your front door has multiple steps and unfortunately it is impossible to have full visibility into it for the complete duration.
Once the order is packed and a label created, there is a (perfectly normal and common) blind spot until the last mile delivery starts.
100% of orders get delivered. If in the unlikely event (about 1% probability) that a parcel is lost during the logistics process, we will send a replacement shipment.
