Few days; as they have a lot of support tickets from email right now

idk , came back from school one day after leaving pc on overnight and the keyboard wasnt working so i unplugged it and saw it like that
it should be tho , right?
If it broke before the port got fucked up then they probably will. If it’s caused by you damaging the board then probably not.
Most warranties work like that.
it actually was having some problems before the port was melted like that , would only plug at like an angle
could i just put the switches in a different keyboard and get the same speed?
No, but if the port melted it should be covered under warranty
u need to stop biting the port
