Id say run the wooting travel cases with more modularity for the straps for the keyboard, and a microfibre cloth on the innerds
So example
The middle can be layered with velro and then a microfibre Velcro to cover it, then sell the elastic keyboard velcro straps so that we can attach it and move with it whenever,
IN A NUTSHELL : MODULARITY !
And do procure more Durable materials and more colors + upgrading to the Hardshell
Such as cordura 1050D or Cordura 450D or other materials and Upgrading the hard shell with an shock proof innerd O AND ADD A SLING ATTACHMENT TO IT!

A 10 litre fabric to hardshell converter where u cld put panels inside to convert it to a hardshell
From fabric to hardshell, as well using EVA foam to also be used to use incase if hardshell isnt suitable

New idea and design:
Dust proof layered behind the zippers are ran with a layer of flexible plastic behind it
For further dust proof and water proof sake as well as a Pen holder and a notebook holder

And a anti static shock pad or a YKK zippers or a lock methods
a sowed hanger spot so that you can hang your case and if you want you can make seperate pouches to go with the case such as a water bottle holder, toilet paper holder, Umbrella holder

I would likely get this case to put all my keyboard tools inside of because I got so many tools from kprepublic, kbdfans and wooting, probably like $300 of tools

yeah I think I will stick to using this modular case for my tools (if it will become a reality, also i will back the project), and get dedicated cases for my keyboards, like the 60HE+ case, 80HE case, UwU case etc

A IDEA that @wary pasture Gave me a plate mount where you can lift it and it will not affect the switch as it is running a secondary installed plate, when pulled up it can show its plate and you can clean it

Why go through so much trouble if you can just have a dedicated one for the purpose? I'm doubtful you'll want to change your entire case modular setup frequently just for this 1 device or device combo.
You're more likely to set it up for you most likely scenario and not touch it anymore.
And since you're trying to capture a lot of scenarios, you now need to make a case that is unnecessary larger than what it would need to be, and for certain setup will have a lot of empty space.

Actually im doing more than just a case carry now if u think about it
I go through so much trouble because not many bags nowadays have what i require sometimes the end user as well, ive done multiple case modularity setups in some cases or combos for carry on wise, but then again it depends on the persons config and day ig
So ig its still WIP
and the challenges mostly in terms of the weight esp with protection cases is another challenge which can be tackled
