Auto profile switching based on currently focused program like in razer and logitech software

A feature to automatically switch profiles based on what program is currently in focus.

This feature has been a standard in gaming keyboards software for many years. I use this feature extensively with my mouse and keyboard for instant auto switching from my game/program keybinds/dpi to general pc usage keybinds/dpi without the hassle of having to think about it every time I alt-tab from a game/program for a second to answer a message or something or start/close a game/program. It could be made as a toggle so for people that want to have no software running can just keep it off.

Now peripherals without this are almost unusable to me. With a keyboard like this I feel like it would be even more important to have this feature so you can have hassle free profile switching between different actuation points profiles for different games and one for general pc use to minimize mistakes while typing.

After such a long time of the 60he being out already and this standard feature still not implemented this should be a very high priority feature by now imo.

I see that noone has responded here so I just want to essentally do a +1

I however, mostly use the per program stuff with my mouse for keybinds and the occasional macro (and REALLY feel it when its not working). I havent made too much use from this on my keyboards as they, so far have been... lets say lacking in features.

I do acknowledge that this goes directly against the no bloat no running in the background thing, but having it as an explicit option to turn on with a warning popup would be ok imo.

Especially as there is just so much to customize here, it's insane (in a good way lol). With this feature I can see myself spending more time perfecting multiple specific profiles rather than just making one thats good enough for 90% of the stuff im gonna use.

Something "simple" where the user needs to set up each and every .exe to look for? A seperate app like the macros were/are?

If for you it is that's great, but for people like me constantly having to manually switch profiles every time i alt-tab for a sec to answer a discord message for example or every time i start or close a game is just too much of a hassle and annoying. And because of people having different preferences like this it of course should be only as an optional toggle

Just want to bump this again. A recent video is essentially saying that, since you are already making an optional background service, why not also allow said service to switch profiles. Asking how seriously this is being considered
