Hi i was wondering how long does it normally take for me to recieve support to RMA/Warranty my PCB bought in Oct 2022. I have had contact with wooting support via email but have not gotten a response since the 3rd of April. I have gone through with resetting the keyboard, swapping out switches, different cables, etc. The last email i sent to support were pictures of the PCB and the back of the PCB.
