Missing capabilities/features?

I play fighting games so this is about the dynamic keystroke feature.
I can't set the 'key fully pressed' to setting more than 3.6nm (see attached). the keypress depth is marketed as 4.0nm and I can use 4.0 on rapid trigger but the limit using this specific feature is 3.6.
If this is a coding thing ill pay someone to help me.

its 3.6mm because its very easy to lift 0.1mm without knowing and thus executing the rest of the dks chain
