no you start the video before you hit your shortcut combo and how the pc react to it

#

But i would recommned you check your windows first have the same combo to turn off my pc, never had the problem. Can you set your PC Power button to do the same (turning off pc , not going into standby) and does this memory error happens there too?

#

or did you try to change the shortcut to some other key combination and does the error repeat?

If there is an error message and not a blue screen it means an application had an issue. A blue screen only handles a kernel panic, meaning these only occur if something really bad happened. This don't seems to be the case here...

I think it's likely that an app uses shared memory or something else which is not available anymore and that the error message is closed due to the shutdown.

You can record a video and play is in slow motion to see the error message. But it would be much better to check the Win event logs to figure out what happened. For that you can export all events within the time when it happened while also provide the exact time it happened so we can check it out if you want.

#

This should be a problem with your specific system, meaning this would be very likely better addressed by the Win support than by the Wooting support.

I would also assume you also would have the issue when you use another keyboard which support this function or when you manually shut down the PC the same way.

@manic portal ok i try test pc and no error on memory (Ram Memory) then test is succsefull and how i say before its happen occasionaly and dont give me chance to react (screenshoting( while i sucseed with this task then i let you know ok ? and no with another keyboard and or normally shutdown systems this error not happen at all

I guess you took me wrong. I didn't fought your RAM was bad. The keyboard sends just a key to the system and there is nothing special with that.

If you want to figure out what the issue is you should check the Win event log. Best to provide a dump so we can have a look.
