Has it been shipped? Or are you wanting for stock? And to what country? Because if its far away it may take time, and of you are waiting for stock, well it can last a long time die to the large demand
it's "Label Created" from march 17th.. till now no update anymore
They're kinda known for long wait lol
Just be patient im sure its gonna be worth it once it arrives

I ordered a 80HE but I have to wait until end of july.. I coul be mad.. or I could wait and stay hyped..
Its not the same. You ordered a product thats not yet out, he ordered a product that said its in stock and should ship by the end of this week
Oh didn't notice that.. I thought there is always a longer waiting time for any order.. 😅
We don't actually know if he ordered when it was in stock or if he preordered the next batch.
i ordered when it was in stock, i understand if the delivery take a long time, but please inform me or at least reply my email wooting.
The thing is, you will get a response, but you are not the only one with a request for wooting's customer service, which is why you will have to wait. I've sent them a request too but I knew that it will take a long time due to the launch of the 80he and in general they have a lot of requests
So if you are saying that you "really regret ordering from wooting" just because your package isn't arriving the next day and that they are completely overwhelmed for several reasons, I can just give you a tip, get more patient in life, it will make everything easier. (I ordered two weeks ago, I knew it would take time and I know that I will get in start of April because a product isn't in stock, but this won't make me not order from them again because them being overwhelmed atm because they literally listen their community by making the 80he)
I think if the label is created he's more than valid for reaching out here when not getting a response from email. Depends on how they run their warehouse but generally when the label is created it means it's waiting to be packed and placed for shipping pickup. If the product was in stock when he ordered (which it probably was or the label wouldn't be created) it's more than possible there's been an inventory issue, so I'd reach out too. There's ways to filter out support emails for unreleased product questions, so saying they're just swamped from 80he emails is a cop-out when he has an order number. The title elicits an emotional response and emotional responses get quick replies.
If I were you CiMoL I'd expect to get fulfilled on the next restock.
Wooting SUpport is the worst i have seen since a long time ago sorry for sayin
