I placed the order on the 15th and everything went smoothly until delivery. However, the logistics information has not been updated since the shipping label was created. It's been a week now and I don't know what this is and if my shipment is still OK, which is frustrating. I have sent emails to both the wooting team and FedEx, but no useful response. Hope someone can help me figure out what's going on🙃
