Like the title, it's so weird that I don't know how long does it take sending a parcel from Netherlands to Portugal. But like I have been checking the tracking details since 29 Feb, so far, I don't see there are no any updates of my parcel details or it might be lost? also, I have already sent an email to social@wooting.io with no reply.

DHL is expected to deliver to EU countries within 14 days. Looks like these shipments may have been lost by the carrier. Shitty situation, but we've got your back.
