I haven't heard from email support in a month now (we started off with quick communications, which was great).
If this is caused by some internal dexlay, can we get a system to notify us of this? To simply have no response for such a long time is honestly pretty terrible.

Send a follow up mail, perhaps it fell through the cracks or was mistakenly closed

Following up on this, looks like my colleague has reached out to resolve the request earlier today. It's weekend for them now, but they'll get it wrapped up and finished on Monday. Appreciate the patience!
