Can I get your thoughts on your IEMS, I'm planning to switch to IEMS pretty soon. And if you may, you got any advice on choosing which IEM is suited for me?

They are my first pair. I really like them but at first, when I didnt have an audio interface they were having static noise if nothing was playing. So I recommend watching Optimum Tech or Bad Seed Gaming . They reviewed some IEMs and they influenced me to get them.
