#Scroll Wheel Support

Hi, I love the keyboard so thanks for making it 🙂
On my old keyboard I was able to bind a key to mouse wheel down and the frequency it repeats while pressed. That allowed me to have a fluid scrolling experience by pressing 1 button. Awesome for reading online (Books, Manga)
Page down or down arrow are not that smooth sadly. Would it be possible to build that functionality into the keyboard or wootomation?

Would be useful to have a mouse scrollwheel as an action that can be executed from Wootomation

With any luck I'll be able to implement it within Wootomation for 1.2
