Hi there, you placed an order for an in stock item that got submitted for fulfillment on the same day and is expected to get shipped out the next business day, just like your second screenshot suggests.
However, once it ships, it needs to get brought from our fulfillment center to your front door by the parcel carrier, which is usually quick but sometimes isn't, which is reflected in the estimated delivery date listed on your Wooting Hub 🙂
now its 5-11 march how is this shipped in the next day
i order something on 28 early with UPS thats says 2-4 days
and now it says 05-11 March,everyday -,-
Its estimated time. Wont be precise.
Its the 4th of March and this guys havent even send the package also the dont even answer in the emails
If you have an issue with your shipment that requires support, it must be handled via email to social@wooting.io
If you've already sent an email request for support, then you'll need to patiently wait for it to get picked up and resolved.

Now that I have made the mistake to trust them I guess
no one has gone to pick up the item its been 3 days now and the only thing that they did is create a label with UPS,either they are lazy or they lie to people

Though for context, if it was packed 3 days ago including a weekend it is perfectly normal for the parcel carrier to not have scanned it showing they've received it. This ain't amazon next day delivery....
Take a breath, wait a few days, if there's a problem then we'll get you sorted out. 99% of the time it's just a matter of patience.
One quick question - my package according to the PPL should be 2 kg but for some reason is empty 😄 where should I cry?
You are lucky, I only got ready to ship like yesterday.
All I know is, they are trying to keep up with demands, so I guess that being patient is all we can do now.

They get stock on the 18th(10 days). Proper estimared delveries should be better after that time.

i order when the keyboard was in stock and it took 8-9 days without the weekends
from what i learned it takes them a lot of time to package the items and call UPS to their facilities,maybe they have a lot of requests and a few people working
that said all of the 3 items that i order was correct and the keyboard so far feels a lot better than my old one(ducky one2)
also if that matter the order was for europe
I live in The Netherlands ordered 2 weeks ago and now I need to wait till late april

@upbeat jewel parcel companies are sloths when it comes to tracking
GLS, UPS, DHL are sloths. I even had a DHL parcel have ZERO updates (DHL would claim that they didn't recieve the packageyet)
