Looking for information about your specific order?
You can find that on the Wooting Hub! There you can also add upgrades, change/confirm your shipping address, and much more.
Is your order about to ship and you need to pause it for any reason?
Place it On Hold via the Wooting Hub!

Just to check, could I have some more information on what stopped working part? For example:
- Are pressing keys unresponsive? (Yes/No)
- Are the LEDs on/off?
- Yes
- on
So, it might be a driver or firmware issue, but just to test if it is firmware-related, we can perform a keyboard "Restore," which will reflash the firmware to the device.
(Please note that this will wipe any saved profiles from the keyboard, so it's best to duplicate any profiles you wish to keep.)
To preform a restore you can follow these steps
- Unplug the keyboard.
- Hold down the two keys for your model (Refer to the image).
- Plug the keyboard back in.
- Let go of the keys after 3-4 seconds.
- Go to Wootility.
- Settings.
- Troubleshooting.
- Select your Device.
- Select your layout.
- Restore.

So did the restore get it working?
or was the problem NRKO ?
it's fine all function I just put the NRKO in ON and it worked again
