First order, expedited shipping, missing items.

I've already made a support ticket via email, so I'm sure it'll be resolved eventually, but as a first time buyer, this just feels bad having to get resolved, even worse paying for faster shipping just for the shipping to be bungled. Not expecting anything done here, this is the feedback channel, not support.

Luckily for me it wasn't the keyboard, but an accessory that was missing, but a search in discord shows missing/incorrect items seems to be a common issue.

as far as posts on discord it may appear common but i assure you its not common in terms of percentage of actual orders shipped. please do reach out to us via [e-mail] to get this resolved as we do not offer official support via discord
