Hello, I think the latest software patch has enabled the feature that the software currently says is not available. Apologies if this is not the same feature being discussed in the patch notes.
I am not normally one to read patch notes I just happened to do so today. Going by the software alone I would not know this feature is enabled.
I also recognize this update only applies to ARM keyboards with the right firmware so it might be the case that customizing messages based on firmware/hardware combinations is not a good idea as it makes updates that much more difficult.
