Hey,
so i had a problem with the the keyboard not working and it got replaced which i am really happy about but i got a problem with the new one. You know when you connect something (in this case the wooting keyboard) you hear a window sound that something is connecting, some times it gets unplugged even to its still connect. the usb port is good connected but if you prefer i can show you on a video. its not a problem with the software!!
