Let's focus on the "Sluggish" part first. Below is pretty much a copy and paste from another thread.

To showcase when a switch activates/deactivates on the keyboard, can you enable an RGB effect "RT Display"

To enable this effect, you will need to launch "Wootility" and follow the steps below:

  • Select the "Color" Tab
  • Under "Effect Layers"
  • Select "+ Add RGB Fx Layer"
  • Choose "RT display"
    Image for reference.

This will show when a key activates (Green) and deactivates (Red). If it stays green even when you let go, this will indicate a problem with the keyboard.

Also, if you can test outside a game environment and see if the delay is still notable, I would recommend the site.
