My order was returned to seller, and DHL said me that I need to connect with sender, I has emailed multiply times to support, but they ignoring me. What happened? Order number: EU138668H

this isn’t where you request for help, support will be a little slow as well since half of the emplyees are out for lunar new years, so just be patient for a response, also the more you spam email them for help, it only adds extra steps, spamming emails isn’t gonna get them to reply faster, it’s counter intuitive and will just cause an unnecessary delay imo.
