The increase in the amount of flagged payment for additional verification is due to the high number of coordinated and proven fraudulent orders that Wooting has been experiencing for the past few months. This has resulted in the payment processor raising the security, causing more orders to be flagged.
Pretty much, Wooting doesn't want this to occur as much as you do, due to the increased amount of work for verification, but there's not much they can do about it.
(At least that is my understanding; may have missed a thing or two.)
