When I play games, out of no where the entire second most bottom row of the keyboard(from left shift to right shift) suddenly stop becoming responsive and remain that way until I press the windows key. All the other keys besides that row works.

That sounds odd, doesn't sound like a keyboard-related issue due to the nature of how the keyboard works, but possibly something related to software on the computer.
dose this happen only happen in game?
