Realforce imlemented feature called kill switch where inputting D cancels A so you move right and instantly go back to moving left when D is released. Static delay with a+d active at the same time is eliminated.

Its also easily doable in qmk, ive made snippet for my previous keychron keyboard (can share).

Rapid trigger covers most of this but still would be nice, especially if user tend to fat finger a+d active at the same time.

this is called SOCD

we have been thinking of implementing SOCD and some of its modes. i sadly dont know where this idea ended up

it works so well for normal switches and games which dont require stopping to shoot (ow, afps)
