#One of my keys isn't responsive

When playing games like valorant csgo and gta my "D" button is unresponsive sometimes but not all the time just looking to see if there's something i could do to improve the response for it because sometimes when trying to for example move at an angle wusing W+D it works for a little bit but the D key needs to be re pressed sometimes to continue use of it

SAME, I dislike it so much! I requested for return and created a ticket and they haven't responded to me. It's been 6 days...

Please do not tag the entire company for a support request. If you've sent an email, it will be addressed and resolved as quickly as possible.

Be aware that half of the CS team is out on account of Lunar New Year, responses will be slower than desired.

As long as you request a return within 30 days, it will be honored. If you're patient enough to still go through some troubleshooting, I'm confident our team can figure out what's going on and you can happily enjoy the keyboard for years to come.

I have the same issue. If a key is pressed for a longer time, it will stop eventually. After a short period, it will respond again. I guess it is not related that a particular key is not responding. It seems that the software runs into a problem if a key is pressed fully down for a more extended period. Please help, maybe altering the setting might help.

if you guys are having issues with it still, read that thread, also if it’s specific to what’s said in that thread do as simon says(no pun intended lol) and dm him for the new beta build
