I just bought a Wooting 60HE+ (Order #US51905A)
I understand this is a preorder and items are backlogged , however I cannot even find an ETA of production or shipment.
I find this customer experience confusing and in all honesty very poor for the amt of money spent. I have never had to join a discord for purchase updates in the past and I’m genuinely considering asking for a refund - can someone please help provide me with an ETA?
The product looks great but honestly not willing to wait 6-12 months - for this purchase price the production and TAT should be streamlined
