#confusing process

Hello,

I just bought a Wooting 60HE+ (Order #US51905A)

I understand this is a preorder and items are backlogged , however I cannot even find an ETA of production or shipment.

I find this customer experience confusing and in all honesty very poor for the amt of money spent. I have never had to join a discord for purchase updates in the past and I’m genuinely considering asking for a refund - can someone please help provide me with an ETA?

The product looks great but honestly not willing to wait 6-12 months - for this purchase price the production and TAT should be streamlined

Don’t see it - also the confirmation email points you to the discord server first in bold which is extremely confusing ?

Just an awfully worded confirmation email IMO - should be reworked and coloring changed to accommodate those using dark mode

With all due respect I think that is one of the first world problem I have heard in a long time. We don't control the colour of items displayed on a website or email, your browser does based on the way it handles themeing and overriding values.

Agreed, read more threads and noticed he treats everyone this way. Ended up going with Arbiter’s Polar65 instead. Was real excited for the Wooting :/ @stable perch @stone isle

Have to say, considering that I ordered my 60HE+ two weeks before you did;
that I’ve been waiting for updates on the delivery since January 29;
that I opened a ticket about it on Monday and still haven’t gotten a reply;
that Wooting’s shipping costs in my region are such obvious rip-offs that I don’t understand how they can pretend to be in good faith (15CHF for standard and 30CHF for expedited shipping from Germany to Switzerland?????? In >30 days???????)…

Reading that you got your polar65 3 weeks ago is really painful for me… happy for you man, you saw the signs better than I did

I can’t wait to be told that I was “cheap” for not going with the 30CHF 14days delivery option by the customer support, as seems to be normal here
