Do cerakeys sell iso layout keycaps?
I dont think they do, but maybe try the Cerakey Discord Channel , mods are always active there/ would be able to tell you. Goodluck
Alright thanks! One more thing tho, the ceramic keycaps are probably a bit slippery in comparison to ABS or PBT right?
I have read that plenty of times, but honestly not a problem for me when gaming. I do tend to keep my hands clean as I hate anything greasy feeling. If you need texture, they do offer a "Crazed" version which has stylized "cracks" on the keys that could provide traction. They have a Crazed Blue colored one already available to buy now, but I'm waiting for the Crazed white-colored ones myself. See here: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=xZr8XqGKHio
Peek beneath the surface and explore the hidden icy shimmer of White Crazed Ceramic Keycap.❄️
Just did a quick side-by-side VS my Azoth , which has the stock PBT doubleshot keycaps, and they are actually more slippery than the Cerakeys. Love them both for gaming.
Definitely gonna check them out thanks!
Alr thanks, just had to ask that since im someone who tends to get very much sweat buildup in my palms and hand when gaming
they dont really provide traction
the cracks are just inside, theres a glaze that covers it to keep the effect
How is the spacebar the l45s because I heard that they may be too heavy
i remember that people who used it on the l45 swapped back to the l60s
i currently use the L60 for the space, it isn't too heavy, but i cannot fully push the spacebar down (only when attaching, not when using) because it gets stuck at the bottom. Might be the case
also cerakeys can feel very slippery if ur fingers tend to sweat
Gotcha thanks
I'm using L45s for everything but the spacebar, just installed an L60 for it yesterday. Only problem I had for the spacebar with L45 is it wasn't rebounding as quickly, with L60 the problem was solved. What case are you on?
Hmm, assuming you flipped the switches upside down right? Wonder if it's a stem or keycap mount issue?
Ah I didn’t flip the switch, still have it north facing
What yalls opinion on cerakeys on a wood build lmao
Im a first time builder so im probably not gonna buy the cerakeys anyways but yk just grabbing some opinions
Haha , personally not my style. Although I could maybe see wood case + green colored Cerakeys? I know not what you're asking, but someone did post a "Wooding" build yesterday: #933196232686440528 message
Do you have problems with keys not beeing straight?
None that I could see?
Are you on V1? Saw it was an issue with the early ones?
Nah got them recently
Yeah that B set looks weird, especially the Enter key, I dont know if that's the right one youre supposed to use? Has a weird upturn to it on the bottom edge?
Yeah I see it, have you tried contacting them on their Disc channel? Says they do have 1yr warranty?
Yeah i did but not really satisfied
They accepted to give me a few replacements but not all the faulty ones.
Or i can return them and lose the import/export tax i pay on them
That sucks, is it the shape of the keys themselves or perhaps the keycap mounts on the bottom that are misaligned? I would even look at the switch's stems.
On the normal plastic ones it sits just fine. I have multiple sets they all normal.
That shit looks cooked wth is that enter key, did they actually come like that?
I dont think he's using the correct key for the enter key. Look at the "blank" key here for backspace.
Yeah maybe its the wrong key idk
Yea probably, but his backspace also seems weirdly tilted
Yeah would definitely return that set , that sucks.
For sure, i‘d be furious if i payed 100€+ and got that
some of mine are
i think u can open a ticket
on their server and they will sort it out
