Have you guys considered building a gaming keypad like Redragon k585. I would immediately jump on this. Think like the left half of an ergo keyboard that's wireless with a thumb cluster using your switches and technology.

maybe better chance for this tho, which is pretty similar to what you suggest (especially when using ESDF you have more keys to the left (bind Ctrl to Fn in games if it's hard to reach from ESDF position (rebind Shift to "< >" on ISO too if needed))) (can always easily use even the Tactile right part when gaming, since you don't need linear for every key):

I love the idea of the Wooting gaming pad. Assuming you get the ergonomics right, adding your switches and technology would be wonderful. A hybrid between Razer Tartarus and Redragon K585 would be something I have in mind. I'd take ergonomics from Tartarus, but keys layout from K585. Top it up with you tech and attention to details and you would succeed in this niche market.

There's currently a gamepad with analog keys that exist : https://www.razer.com/fr-fr/gaming-keypads/razer-tartarus-pro
But it's razer with proprietary keycaps and keyswitch and a wire, it's bad to the point that I have to rebuy one each 1/2y, a wooting gamepad sounds like a dream to me !
