Im trying for days to return my Lekker L60 Switches, the support answered me on the same day for an confirmation. I instantly replied but since then i get no answers. It would be better if u can just click on a button and the rest works like on any other website.

Oh definitely. But it is a lot more complex than flipping a switch, since every country is different, and the choice of couriers is as well.

Setting it up for US customers would arguably be the easiest testbed.
