are the truthear zero's blues (OG) , but the red ones are better imo, i just put these ones in because they are blue

yes for me the red ones are better, kato's are good too but for that kinda money probably i would pick kiwi ears orchestra lite / Aful p5 or simgot em6l for example 100e or less and for gaming is more than enough

yes they are very good for the price , and no you will not need a dac . But for the same price of kato´s to can get em6l + amp/dac

you always need a DAC/AMP, otherwise you wouldn't be able to reproduce sound from your source

but if you need a standalone DAC/AMP and not like a dongle/headphone out from your mobo/pc case no you don't need one for the EM6L

yes u always need a amp and dac but when people ask if they need a dac they are referring to an external / standalone one , that why i said no
